I spent 20 years inside the corporate world before I understood what it actually takes for people and organisations to truly thrive and lead from a place of genuine purpose, confidence, and self-knowledge.
That understanding is what I bring to every organisation I work with.
My story
I know the corporate world from the inside. Both sides of it.
For two decades I worked in demanding professional environments. I showed up, delivered, and by most external measures succeeded.
But for a long time, I was also deeply disconnected from my own sense of purpose, from my authentic voice, from the kind of leadership that actually comes from within.
I watched talented, capable people do exactly the same.
Organisations that had invested in autonomy, in flat structures, in giving their people freedom and yet something still felt hollow.
People had the permission to lead themselves. They just hadn't yet done the inner work to actually do it.
My own transformation came when I stopped looking outward for answers and turned inward instead. Through deep personal work integrating psychological tools, energy awareness, and a commitment to genuine self-knowledge I became a different kind of professional; self-confident and knowing my worth. Also, knowing the worth of others.
That experience is what shaped UR a CURE and it is what I now bring to the organisations I work with.
Not theory. Not frameworks copied from a textbook. Real, tested understanding of what it takes for human beings to lead with purpose in complex environments.
