TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective date: 14 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of www.uracure.com (the "Site") and the purchase of coaching services offered by UR a CURE. This Site is owned and operated by Justyna Lyzwa, trading as UR a CURE, based in Clonmel, Ireland.
By using this Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms at all times.
1. About our services
UR a CURe provides professional organisational coaching services to companies, HR Directors, People Leaders, and organisations. Our services include:
Organisational coaching programmes, including the Purpose and Mastery for Autonomous Teams programme
Whole-company facilitated workshops (in-person or virtual)
Individual 1:1 leadership coaching sessions
Bespoke coaching engagements agreed between UR a CURE and the client organisation
Services are delivered by Justyna Lyzwa, EMCC-accredited coach and CBT practitioner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All service details, programme structures, and deliverables are confirmed in a bespoke programme proposal or service agreement provided to each client organisation prior to commencement.
2. Engagement and agreements
Where services are provided to an organisation (a "Business Client"), the specific scope, duration, pricing, and deliverables will be set out in a written programme proposal or service agreement. These Terms apply alongside that agreement. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed programme agreement, the programme agreement takes precedence.
Where services are provided directly to an individual, these Terms govern the full engagement.
3. Payments and invoicing
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer (invoice)
Such other methods as may be agreed in writing
For Business Clients, payment terms are set out in the relevant programme proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
For individual clients, payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
If payment is not received by the due date, UR a CURE reserves the right to pause or suspend the delivery of services until payment is received in full.
If we believe a payment has violated any law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
4. Cancellation and changes
Business Clients: Cancellation terms, including notice periods and any applicable cancellation fees, are set out in the relevant programme proposal or service agreement. Where no specific terms are agreed, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel or significantly alter an engagement. Work completed or prepared up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced proportionately.
Individual clients: If you are an individual client based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. To exercise this right, contact us at justyna.lyzwa@uracure.com within the cancellation period. If you have requested that services begin during the cancellation period, you will be charged proportionately for work already performed.
To cancel, email justyna.lyzwa@uracure.com with your name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and your reason for cancellation. You may use the Cancellation Form at the end of these Terms if you wish, though it is not required.
5. Confidentiality
UR a CURe treats all information shared by client organisations and individual coaching participants as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the content of individual coaching sessions to employers, HR teams, or any third party without the explicit written consent of the individual concerned.
Organisational-level information shared by Business Clients (including company strategy, team dynamics, and personnel matters) will not be shared outside the coaching relationship.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of any commercial engagement.
6. Coaching boundaries and professional standards
Coaching is a professional development relationship and is distinct from therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment. While our methodology draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural coaching, UR a CURE does not provide clinical mental health services.
If a coaching participant appears to require clinical support beyond the scope of coaching, we will sensitively signpost appropriate professional resources.
Justyna Lyzwa operates in accordance with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Code of Ethics. All coaching engagements are conducted with confidentiality, integrity, and respect for the autonomy of each individual.
7. Intellectual property
All content published on this Site — including text, articles, images, logos, documents, programme materials, and downloadable resources — is the property of Justyna Lyzwa and UR a CURE. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is not permitted.
Programme materials, workshop resources, and coaching tools provided to clients during an engagement are for the exclusive use of that client and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justyna Lyzwa and UR a CURE will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this Site or your engagement with our services.
Our total liability to any client in connection with a coaching engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
9. Consumer protection
Where the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation, applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights under that legislation. In the event of conflict, the mandatory provisions of applicable legislation will prevail.
10. Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justyna Lyzwa, UR a CURE, and any associated persons from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify clients by email or by posting a notice on this Site. Continued use of the Site or our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
