Justyna brings twenty years of corporate experience alongside EMCC-accredited coaching, CBT practitioner credentials, and Reiki Master certification. She founded UR a CURe after her own transformative journey of rediscovering purpose — and now helps organisations unlock the same depth of change in their teams and leaders. Her approach sits at the intersection of evidenced psychology, genuine human warmth, and a deep understanding of what life inside real organisations actually looks and feels like.
